Returns + Exchanges

All products are made to order. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, color selection, or changes of mind.

Please review the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order. If you're between sizes or unsure which size to choose, we recommend checking the listed measurements against a similar item you already own.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include:

• A brief description of the issue

• A clear photo showing the issue

Once we've reviewed your request, qualifying orders may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Sizing + fit

Because every item is produced specifically for your order, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if you order the wrong size or don't like the fit.

Sizing can vary between products, so please use the size guide provided on the individual product page rather than assuming your usual size will fit the same across every item.

Order changes + cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel it or make changes to the product, size, color, or shipping address.

Shipping issues

If your tracking shows your package was lost in transit or your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please refer to the shipping information provided.
